We recommend that our clients book a regular grooming appointment every 4, 6 or 8 weeks as per your pets grooming needs.
All clients at Canine Perfection are required to book at least once every 12 weeks to remain Active Clients.

Scheduling Policies:

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We require a minimum 48 hour notice for any need to cancel or reschedule appointments. After two incidents with less than 48 hour notice, clients may be required to pay upon booking all future appointments.

Do You Agree To Our Cancellation Policy? *

Yes

No-Show Policy: A single no-show incident for a scheduled appointment may require payment upon booking all future appointments. Multiple no-show incidents will result in the client paying upon booking for all future appointments.

Late Policy & Late Fees: If you are 15 minutes or more late to drop off you may be asked to pay a $20 late fee. There is also a $20 late pick up fee that will incur every 15 minutes past 6:00pm. Pick-ups before the 6:00pm closing time are exempt from this.
